I led the end‑to‑end implementation of Instinctif Partners’ rebrand, translating the new design system into robust templates, toolkits, and high‑impact collateral. Through hands‑on training and brand immersion sessions, I equipped teams across the business to adopt and activate the brand confidently and consistently.
Activation Toolkit​​​​​​​
To empower teams beyond the design department, I created a comprehensive toolkit of ready-to-use templates and components. These allowed designers and non-designers to produce professional, on-brand materials quickly while reducing dependency on the central design team. These include report and document templates, and presentation deck for internal use and client pitches.
I've also led the design of social media templates for Adobe Express and Illustrator.
As well as overseeing stationery design and production.
And conceptualising, designing, and producing artwork for the office interior design post-rebrand. 
Rollout & Collaboration
I worked closely with marketing and regional stakeholders to ensure successful adoption. This included workshops, onboarding sessions, and documentation to embed the system across teams and markets. Over the years that followed, I kept the brand sessions going to ensure brand visibility and cohesiveness across the group, considering new joiners.
Impact & Results
The activation established a consistent visual presence across all touchpoints and significantly improved production efficiency. Teams were able t​​​​​​​o create branded materials independently, reducing turnaround times and ensuring higher quality outputs.
By focusing on scalability, clarity, and enablement, the brand could live beyond the design team and become part of everyday practice across the organisation.
