Following the acquisition of Instinctif Partners by TEAM LEWIS, I took a central role in the brand migration and integration process. My primary responsibility was the decommissioning of the legacy Instinctif identity and the redesign of essential corporate documents to align with existing TEAM LEWIS brand standards. Acting as the brand guardian and specialist during this transition, I ensured that every asset, from internal communications to high-stakes client pitches, met the new specifications.
By providing expert-level guidance in tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, I helped the London-based team transition away from legacy formats without a dip in professional quality.
The Change Index
I also spearheaded the complete rebranding of the Instinctif Change Index into the TEAM LEWIS Positive Change Index, a transition that involved a total redesign of the brand identity and logo to align with the new TEAM LEWIS standards.
This migration included the creation of a fresh suite of digital and print assets to replace the legacy branding, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative across all platforms.
To mark the transition, I directed the creative delivery for a high-profile event launch, producing the necessary collateral and presentations to introduce the evolved research to the market.

Optic Tools - Risk & Crisis
I managed the creative transition for Optic, the firm’s proprietary suite of digital risk and crisis management tools. These services provide boards with data-driven benchmarking to quantify business resilience. I migrated the visual identity of these tools, ensuring that all reporting insights and templates maintained their professional, high-value aesthetic.
This transition was achieved without compromising the creative delivery of client campaigns, pitches, or social media communications, which remained consistently high-quality and on-brand across a diverse portfolio. Ultimately, my dual focus on hands-on creation and strategic oversight allowed the firm to maintain its professional rigour and visual excellence throughout a period of significant corporate change.
